In addition to new coolers, we offer our customers network renewals, repair work, special coatings and cooler cleaning.
 

Our extensive program is supplemented by custom-made products, repair welding and blasting work. This includes replicas and restorations of vintage car radiators and tanks. We remove rust from your tank, sandblast it and seal it with a special coating. This protects it from rust.
 

The repair of motorcycle, car and truck tanks - not just classic cars, but also boats, agricultural/construction machinery and tanks of stationary units - is part of our daily business.
 

In short - we restore and reconstruct all tanks made of sheet steel, which are corroded on the inside and can subsequently clog fuel lines, nozzles and carburetors. Our years of experience make us a strong partner in this area too.

Welding

We weld aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.

All welding work is performed in-house using standard processes (MAG and TIG).

As a standard, we process and weld aluminum and its alloys (sheets, tubes, flat bars, and profiles). Steel and stainless steel also pose no challenge for us.

Even during the preparation phase, we keep your economic interests in mind and make rational decisions for the benefit of our customers.

As a DIN-certified company (DIN EN 15085-2), we are among other things: Authorized to weld rail vehicles and vehicle parts.

Glass Bead and Water Jet Blasting

Gentle cleaning for your materials

We offer high-quality cleaning services and customized surface finishing for industrial, trade, and private customers. Our glass bead blasting is characterized by gentle material handling, resulting in a clean and uniform surface structure.

Our water jet system operates at a pressure of approximately 2,400 bar. Even surfaces with heavy filler are stripped bare in an instant by the water jet, without damaging the underlying metal sheet itself.
