Delivery reliability and flexibility in processing have the highest priority.
In over 7.500 m2 of storage space, we stock more than 160,000 items from a wide variety of assemblies and deliver them “just in time” to ensure our customers are satisfied.
For this purpose, we have included various shipping service providers, such as NOX (formerly TNT) and DHL, in our offering. For larger quantities or in the industrial sector, we rely on our shipping partners.

Delivery to packing station
If you are unable to receive the package in person, we will be happy to deliver to a packing station near you that you have specified. This gives you the opportunity to pick up the package if you want.
You only have to register once for a Packstation near you (for registration). To find out where the nearest packing station is, you can use DHL's packing station finder or ask at your post office. During the ordering process you then have the option of specifying your Packstation as an alternative delivery address. You can find all the relevant data on your DHL Goldcard, which you will receive after registration.
Returns
If the goods delivered do not fit, are faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. You can find the corresponding Return request here. If you fill it out and send it back to us, you will then receive a processing number.
After receiving the processing number, please send us the complaints.
