Have you purchased or received the wrong item? The item is damaged or no longer works? Then select the corresponding “button”.
For an item return, e.g. B. is not needed or the customer has not picked up, please select the “Return” button.
For all other problems (delivered defectively, incorrect content, warranty, etc.) please click the “Warranty request” button.
You will receive an application number from us by email, which then entitles you to return the item. Only then can you send the goods back to us “free”*.
After receiving the return number, you are entitled to return the goods. Attach the returned return slip clearly visible on the outside of the package!
* “free” – sender bears the return shipping costs
